Uninell Home Warranty and Return Policy

Uninell Store Warranty Coverage: This policy exclusively safeguards products purchased via Uninell’s official online store. To guarantee authenticity and warranty protection for your Uninell Product, we strongly recommend purchasing from our official online platform.

Two-Year Limited Product Warranty: 

This warranty is applicable solely to Products sold to customers through Uninell’s official online store.

Warrantee:Issued by Uninell to the consumer (“Consumer” or “you”), this Warranty applies to individuals or entities who purchase a new, eligible device directly from Uninell’s official online store. This Warranty is non-transferable and exclusive to the original purchaser.

Covered Devices:

New, physical Uninell hardware devices (“Device”) are covered under this warranty if included in the original packaging or referenced as part of an online sales or Product set-up process. 

Exclusions: 

Exclusions: This warranty is limited and is not applicable to:

  1. normal wear and tear;
  2. defects or damage caused by misuse(Including the use of the product in corrosive water), accident (including without limitation collision, fire, flood, earthquake and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, use with unsuitable devices, software or services;
  3. use not in accordance with the documentation;
  4. damage caused by third party equipment with which the Device is used;
  5. commercial use or resale;
  6. used or resold Products;
  7. features or performance parameters pertaining to any software or services beyond the Warranted Functionality of the Device.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

  • Shipping costs, gift wrapping fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Customers bear all shipping costs and risk for returned Products.
  • Missing parts may be refused or incur a restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed within four weeks of receipt.

Limitation of Liability: Under this Warranty, Uninell is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use of the Device, or any associated equipment, replacement costs, or third-party claims.

Governing Law:

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the China. It grants you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Note that some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not be applicable to you.

Remedies:

The exclusive remedy for the Consumer under this Warranty, and the sole responsibility of Uninell, is that Uninell will either repair or replace the defective Device, or update software or services to ensure the Device performs as warranted. 
The choice of repair, replacement, or software update is at Uninell’s discretion. Replacements may be new or remanufactured. If deemed unreasonable to replace a defective Device, Uninell may refund the purchase price.

Claims Process:

To pursue remedies under this Warranty, Uninell must receive the Consumer’s claim before the Warranty Period expires. In compliance with applicable law, proof of purchase and adherence to registration requirements may be necessary for warranty service. The Consumer is responsible for all shipping costs to Uninell. By sending the Device, the Consumer consents to transfer ownership to Uninell. Uninell is not obligated to return the original Device and any replacement will not include the Consumer’s data. Repaired or replaced Devices are warranted for either the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days from receipt, whichever is longer.

How do I cancel or edit an order?
Changed your mind or provided the wrong address at checkout? If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, you can easily make changes. Simply log in to your account, go to ‘Your Account’ from the dropdown menu under your username. Navigate to ‘Orders’ on the left-hand side, and locate the order you wish to update in your Order History.
Why was my order canceled?
In certain situations, canceling your order emerges as the optimal choice to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, rest assured, you won’t incur any charges. For more details, consult our about auth holds.The primary reasons for order cancellation include:
  • Limits on available quantities
  • The item is out of stock
  • Price or other listing errors
  • Additional information is needed by our Credit and Fraud

How do I reset my password?
In the event you forget a password for your computer, email, or social media accounts, you can reset your password directly through the system or application you’re using. In most cases, you can reset your password by answering a series of security questions or by requesting an email that contains a password reset link.
How do I change my password?
To change your password if you’re already logged in: Click account in the top right. Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings. Click Security and login. Click Edit next to Change password. Enter your current password and new password. Click Save Changes.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time during your paid subscription.
Trial users don’t need to do anything! You can continue to use your account until the end of the trial. After that, as long as you don’t upgrade, your account will be closed.
If you want to stop your trial early, follow the steps below for paying users.
As a reminder, no credit card information was taken when you signed up for the free trial.
Returns & Refunds
Where is my refund?
After submitting your return, kindly allow a processing time of at least 2-3 weeks before checking the status of your refund.
How do I return my order?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

How do I change my delivery address?
At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can file a cancellation request. Then, you can place a new order with the correct address.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, you can check the website to see the current status of your order here.
Please note: The expected shipping times for orders outside of the UK and ROI, do not take into account possible delays if your parcel is held up in customs. We would ask you to allow 21 days from order to receive your item(s), prior to further investigation.
If you’ve ordered during one of our sales it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.
How will I see if I get free shipping?
They say nothing is free in life—even “free shipping.” That’s because, even if you offer free shipping, someone has to pay for it. Usually, that’s going to be you, the business owner!
